Our Team
Nikita Kothari
Nikita is a passionate Physiotherapist with more than 9 years' experience. In 2014, Nikita completed Masters of Physiotherapy in Musculoskeletal and sports conditions from India. In Australia, Nikita's career has taken her from placements in private practices to working in residential care facilities in Shepparton and working in Community Rehabilitation Centre in Cobram as well as in NCN Health acute wards, subacute rehabilitation and Community health outpatient sectors.
Nikita worked as an Assistant Professor of Physiotherapy & clinical Physiotherapist for more than 2 years where she gained valuable experience in acute musculoskeletal injuries. Nikita has enhanced her skills by developing broad experience in pre & post-surgical rehabilitation; balance assessment; falls management and prevention strategies; community health services and acute as well as chronic pain management.
She has a special interest in Neck pain and Back pain, Shoulder and knee injuries, ACL and meniscus repairs and Ankle sprains. Moreover, she is keen to provide care regarding women's pelvic health, continence issues and pregnancy related pains (Antenatal and postnatal recovery).
Nikita believes in providing holistic care and works closely with her clients to help them reach their health, sporting and lifestyle goals, with treatment including individualised exercise programs and manual therapy where indicated.
Outside of the clinic, Nikita likes playing badminton, table tennis and enjoys music in her relaxing times.
